Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226of the Consitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.A1/3605/ Ka.Thu.Tha/ Va.Ma/12 dated 04.05.2012 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to count the period of leave availed by the petitioner from 29.9.2008 to 11.7.2010 for service benefits and grant her continuity of service and further direct the respondents to upgrade her as Grade I PC at par with her batchmates who were upgraded as Gr-I PC on 01.08.2011 and grant her all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However he further submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the a) Leave Sanction Order dated 22.09.2008, b) Impugned Order, dated 04.05.2012, c) Upgradation order, dated 03.06.2013 and d) Pay Fixation order, dated 04.07.2013.

petitioner, and granting liberty to challenge the aforesaid four orders, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
