2.The Suit had been filed seeking judgment and decree against the Defendants for payment of a sum of Rs.6,27,82,709/- together with interest at 18 % per annum of Rs.5,02,71,755/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization and for costs.

3.It had been stated that substantial part of cause of action arose at the registered office of the Plaintiff at Chennai. The Defendants had approached the Plaintiff for getting various services on the site projects and 11 Purchase Orders were placed by the Defendants to the Plaintiff for the works, supplies and services performed for the projects. These Purchase Orders were placed at the Plaintiff's registered office at Chennai. The various discussion and meetings and negotiations took place at Chennai. The payments were made through RTGS directly to the bank account of the Plaintiff at Chennai. The Notice of Termination was also received at the Plaintiff's office at Chennai.

However, it is also stated that if the Defendants show good cause, the order shall be revisited. Accordingly, the Application is allowed.
