Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Surcharge No.1/2012-2013 dated 30.04.2013 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner's concerned.

ORDER

This Court is not in a position to entertain this writ petition by virtue of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8938 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019, wherein, the very same impugned order of the first respondent dated 30.04.2013 was put to challenge.

2. This Court dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and work out his remedy. Once such liberty has been granted, the petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the concerned Court and he cannot be allowed to file yet another writ petition for the very same cause of action.
