Eventhough extension of time is sought, it is represented by Mr. Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Government that an SLP in Diary No. 10317 of 2022 is pending, that the writ petitioner/respondent has been provided with employment and seniority alone is the issue to be considered.

We are of the view that the order of this Court dated 27.07.2021 has got to be complied with without prejudice to the rights of both parties. The seniority may also be fixed without prejudice to the rights of the parties in the SLP and depending upon the outcome in the SLP, the monetary benefits that may be extended to the writ petitioner/respondent can be recovered.

The order of this Court dated 27.07.2021 to be complied with by 15 th June, 2022.
