ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the transfer certificate to the petitioner and all her original certificates including (1) 10th mark sheet (2) 12th Mark sheet (3) Income Certificate (4) community certificate held by them and permit her to take the books and belongings from the 3rd respondent hostel based on her representation dated 30.03.2022.
2. Though the petitioner filed W.M.P.No.13073 of 2023 seeking to fix an early date for hearing of the present writ petition, she is consented for the disposal of the main writ petition itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she passed the NEET MBBS examination during the year 2020 and joined the third respondent College on 01.02.2021 and pursued first year in the said College. Thereafter, she married 2/6
one Subash, due to which, she could not pursue her studies in the above said College. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 30.03.2022 before the respondents 2 and 3 to issue the aforesaid certificates and also to permit her to take all her books and belongings from the third respondent hostel. Since the same was not considered, having no other alternative, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the relief supra.

Though very many grounds have been raised in the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that petitioner's representation will be considered in the manner known to law.
6. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
