ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to his representation dated 07.04.2026.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the de-facto complainant gave a complaint however thereafter he did not appear before the respondent police. He also submitted that the petitioner also did not appear before the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner was not harassed by the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that since the de-facto complainant did not appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the Investigating Agency in regard to his complaint, the said complaint is closed on 31.03.2026 for the present.

4. The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded.
