Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019 for rectification of errors crept in, in the revenue records, which were wrongly entered during UDR in respect of lands measuring to an extent of 1.60 acres comprised in Survey No.95/2 of Eluvapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta in favour of the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019 for rectification of errors crept in, in the revenue records, which were wrongly entered during UDR in respect of lands measuring to an extent of 1.60 acres comprised in Survey No.95/2 of Eluvapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta in favour of the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.T.Vedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and MrV.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 13, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
