R.Farzana ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and cancel the patta/certificate extract of permanent land register given in the name of 3rd and 4th respondents for the property admeasuring 600 sq.ft comprised in R.S.No.2805/1 part, situated at New No.117, old no.61, New farrance Road, Otteri, Chennai, and issue fresh patta in the name of petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 13.05.2024 to conduct survey and cancel the patta/certificate extract of permanent land register given in the name of 3rd and 4th respondents for the property admeasuring 600 Sq.ft., comprised in R.S.No.2805/1 part, situated at New No.117, Old.No.61, New Farrance Road, Otteri, Chennai and issue fresh patta in the name of the petitioner. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024 will be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of 6 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024, after issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4 and aggrieved
persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
