The Tr.CMP is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.163 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to the file of the Sub Court at Poonamallee.

O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2020 from the Family Court, Thanjavur to the Sub Court at Poonamallee.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the respondent/wife is now working in a Bank at Ambattur. The petitioner is also working at Chennai.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent admits the fact that the respondent is working at Ambattur and he has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P before the Family Court, at Chennai. In view of the fact that both the petitioner as well as the respondent are working nearby Chennai, the H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2020 stands transferred to Chennai.

4. The Family Court, Thanjavur, is directed to transmit the case bundle in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2020 to the Family Court, Chennai.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.522 of 2020 stands allowed and H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur is directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Chennai. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
