PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from drawing any new electric line in the petitioner's land in R.S.No.349/6 at Vellerivelli Village, Edapadi Taluk, Salem District so as to give electricity service connection to the second respondent's land in R.S.No.349-5G of Vellerivelli Village and consequently direct the first respondent to remove the newly laid electric post from the petitioner's land within the time fixed by this Court.
