ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, entire tax demanded by the respondents was paid by the petitioner and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents also accepted the said contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
