ORDER

A perusal of the prayer would show that a writ of declaration has been sought for to declare a list of directors of the second respondent company furnished by the first respondent in Form 32, dated 30.09.1992, as void.

2. The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition for a cause of action which has arisen in the year 1992 after 10 years. Therefore, on the ground of delay, latches and acquiescence, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
