ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to continue the petitioner as DODO (Dealer owned Dealer operator) at the petitioner's own outlet under the first respondent in Survey No.4/2B1, Emapair Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District as promised by the first respondent in the year 2003.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that, though this writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to continue the petitioner as DODO at his own outlet under the first respondent, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent by Page No.2 of 4

its letter dated 08.07.2022 appointed the petitioner as temporary dealer to operate the said outlet for a period of one year commencing from 11.07.2022 or till appointment of a regular dealer or till terminated earlier by the respondent-Corporation.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of view that, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
