Government Gazette on 20.01.2016 vide G.O.Ms.No.271, Agriculture (AA1), dated 27.11.2015 and quash the same in so far as it has not considered the deployed Agriculture Staffs absorption and service conditions, such as the petitioner and to consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to frame fresh Rules by incorporating the absorption and service conditions of the petitioners.

ORDER
