Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Letter No.40207/ve.ni.1-2/2008-13 dated 07.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to forthwith regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment i.e., 24.09.1986 with all monetary and attendant benefits.
