ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.490 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 1/4

though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.490 of 2013, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.490 of 2013, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three weeks time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
