ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing him to stay at Trichy and appear before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m., imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 while granting the suspension of sentence.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the said condition may be modified, directing him to appear before the trial court once a month.

3. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para 8(iii) of the order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.24227 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1926 of 2025, as follows: "The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file

an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C., and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial court."

5. All other conditions shall remain intact.
