CRIME NO.211 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the above bail order condition, from that of reporting before the respondent police to D3, Poraiyar Police Station at Myaduthurai District, in Crl.O.P.No.15422 of 2021 dated 26.08.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GANGADARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15422 of 2021, dated 26.08.2021.

2. This Court vide order dated 26.08.2021, enlarged the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. The present modification petition is filed by the petitioner for further relaxation/modification.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is in preliminary stage and the petitioner has complied with the condition only till 1.09.2021.

5. This Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions which the petitioner seems not to be complying with. Since, investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court is of the view that further modification cannot be granted. Hence, this petition for modification is dismissed.
