ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein has filed this petition to set aside the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 11.02.2020 in RCA No.840 of 2017 on the file of the learned IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, confirming the order and decree dated 23.11.2017 passed in R.C.O.P.No.640/2015 on the file of the learned XI Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.Mr.P.Udhayashankar, who appeared before this Court on 23.02.2022 reported that he had handed over the bundle to the petitioner. This Court on 23.02.2022 had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and adjourned the matter to 25.02.2022. Even after printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list on 25.02.2022, he had neither appeared in person nor engaged any other counsel to appear on his behalf. Thereafter, the matter was posted on 09.03.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3.Today(09.03.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appeared in person nor engaged any counsel to appear on his Page No:2/4

behalf. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
