Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to prefer appeals within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such appeals within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appellate authority

shall number the same without insisting upon separate applications for condonation of delay. This is because the petitioner has been pursuing the remedy before this court in a bona fide manner for the past 9 years.

2. It is made clear that if the appeals have not been presented within a period of 30 days as directed above, the appellate authority is not bound by the aforesaid directions.

3. At this juncture, Mr.Ashok Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that pending writ petitions, the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the credit of W.P.Nos.23119 and 23149 of 2014 respectively.

4. There is absolutely no proof for having made such deposits. However, the submission of Mr.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel is taken on record. If any such deposit has been made, the same shall be set off against the deposit that ought to be made before the appellate authority. With the above directions, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed. 06..06..2023 Index : yes / no : yes / no kmk
