O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to consider and dispose of representation dated 21.04.2025 in respect of the construction carried out by the 7th respondent.

2. Mr. P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Govt. Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.D.B.R. Prabhu, learned Senior Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6.

3. In the affidavit, the petitioner asserts that proceedings were initiated against the 7th respondent in respect of alleged unauthorised construction. According to the petitioner, lock and seal notice was issued. Since no further action was taken, after submitting representation dated 21.04.2025, the present writ petition was filed.

4. In those circumstances, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, it is just and necessary that the same be disposed of expeditiously. Before doing so, it is also just and necessary to put the 7th respondent on notice

and provide reasonable opportunity.

5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 after providing a reasonable opportunity both to the petitioner and the 7th respondent. Order shall be passed within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
