(CR.NO.68 OF 2013 REGISTERED BY VADALUR POLICE STATION) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.168/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.142/2014 (On the file of the Mahila Sessions Court at Cuddalore) on 30.05.2016 and release the petitioner on bail, CRL A.168/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.4109 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.168/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The convict has preferred this appeal who has been convicted under Sections 498(A) and 304(B) of IPC.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The date of marriage between the deceased and the accused is on 03.09.2012 and date of death of the deceased is on 03.02.2013 and based upon the evidence of P.W.1 and P.W.2, who are the relatives of deceased, the trial Court has found that the evidence answer elicited the cross-examination of P.W.5 and P.W.8 corroborated, without prejudice to the contention of the petitioner in the argument, this petition is dismissed for the present. -sd/- 07/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
