This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to institute the present suit against the respondents/defendants 1, 7, 9, 14 to 18, 20, 21, 23 and 24.

The suit has been filed challenging the new life members in the first respondent/defendant Society. It is the contention of the learned Senior counsel that 20% of the members is enhanced to defeat the very object of the election. Since some of the respondents are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, he sought for leave to sue against the respondents/defendants 1, 7, 9, 14 to 18, 20, 21, 23 and 24.
