The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of I.P.C, in Crime No.314 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have transported 1/2 units of sand by using a vehicle, without having any valid license. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the accused loading 1/2 unit of sand without permission. Crl.O.P.No.14391 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi 5.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

6.Taking into consideration, as per the direction of Supreme Court, with regard to river sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
