O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the arbitration application filed by the petitioner under National Highways Act on 17.06.2019, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.Sathish, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Raja, Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. |Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to hear the application filed by the petitioner on 17.6.2019 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
