ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.11.2011 to treat the period of absence from 08.06.1986 to 26.10.1989 as duty period and to grant all benefits for the said period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation and it is still pending before the third respondent, in view of the pendency of the Writ Appeal. Now, the Writ Appeal was also disposed of, by an order dated 04.06.2019 in W.A.No.2058 of 2013, since the benefits which were ordered in W.P.No.7011 of 2007, dated 12.08.2011 was granted to the respondent therein.

4. In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders, in view of the order passed in W.P.No.7011 of 2007, dated 12.08.2011, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
