ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] We perused the status report and the progress made.

2. It appears that the detenu went on his own wish with third parties. We do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, we direct the respondents to continue the investigation and to make all endeavours to secure the detenue. As and when the detenu is secured, he shall be produced before the Jurisdiction Magistrate.
