O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.3.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 15.12.2020 @ 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
