2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, this CMP No.11047 of 2022, is allowed and Crl.O.P.No.18585 of 2016, is restored to file.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary entry in the register and post the Criminal Original Petition, for final disposal on 11.08.2022.
