2. As regards the writ petitioner, the position is no different today. Though captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' pursuant to our earlier proceedings, there is no representation for writ petitioner but Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 and Mr.G.Esakkimuthu, learned counsel for R3 are before this Court.

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main Writ Petition is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
