ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondent to forthwith consider the petitioner to any one of the Group C or D post appointment, based on the selection and to extend all consequently benefits both service and monetary.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner participated in the selection process for the vacancies in Group-C and D categories and the petitioner subjected himself to the selection and on scrutiny of the application as well as on merit assessment, he was assigned Sl.No.180 and was allowed to participate in the selection process. Though the selection process in the year 2017, till date no appointment was issued. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The petitioner made representations to consider his appointment, till date the representations were not considered. Hence, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and to dispose of the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4.Without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct the respondent to consider the representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
