ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Elugent Wellness Centre & SPA" at D.No.8, Velour Old Road, Paramathivelur Taluk, Velur Post, Namakkal District - 638 182, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has sent representation through post seeking no objection certificate to run SPA. Since no supporting document has been filed along with the representation, the application is unable to be processed.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to furnish all the necessary documents for consideration. On furnishing such documents, the police shall consider the representation in accordance with law and the Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Commissioner of Police. No order as to costs.
