ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 353 and 294(b) of IPC in Cr.No.223 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner came to the police station with injuries and when enquired he shouted informed that he was attacked by four persons and when he was asked to maintain calm, he started to abuse the police officials in filthy language which resulted in the filing of the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner affixed a police sticker on his vehicle printed with the Government Symbol as "G" and told himself as Deputy Superintendent of Police and misbehaved with the law enforcing agency. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner addressed himself as a Deputy Superintendent of Police and misbehaved the law enforcing agency, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
