ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for committing Contempt of the order of this Court dated 15.09.2020 made in W.P.No.10560 of 2020.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had taken the arrears exam and has passed in General Surgery paper and failed in General Medicine.

3.In view of this development, the reevaluation or re-totalling of the earlier marks secured by the petitioner becomes irrelevant and no useful purpose will be served in prosecuting the earlier orders passed by this Court. 4.In view of the above, this Contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
