ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section

319, 318(4), 335, 336(2), 338, 340(2) and 61(2) of B.N.S. in Crime No.35 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in this case in Cr. No.35 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 15-06-2026 MJS Note:
