2. No steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner and by now the Civil Revision Petition would have become abated. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to file appropriate applications to restore this Civil Revision Petition with proper explanation for the delay in not bringing the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner on time.
