This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Commissioner of Greater Chennai Corporation; the District Collector, Chennai and the Assistant Executive Engineer, office of the Assistant Engineer (O&M), Adyar as respondent Nos.7 to 9 in the writ petition.

Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the proposed respondents 7 to 9 respectively, state that they have no objection to this application being allowed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
