ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 170, 419 and 379 of IPC in Cr.No.222 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner dashed against the vehicle of the defacto complainant. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner addressed himself as a police officer and used filthy language and also attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petitioner affixed a police sticker on his vehicle printed with the Government Symbol as "G" and told himself as Deputy Superintendent of Police and misbehaved with the law enforcing agency. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner addressed himself as a Deputy Superintendent of Police and misbehaved the law enforcing agency, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
