ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to run a SPA.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that so far the petitioner has not given any application for considering the grant of No Objection Certificate. He further submits that application along with necessary particulars and the required has to be furnished for consideration. He also submits that Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Commissioner has to be followed by the petitioner herein while making such application.

3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give fresh application along with other documents required for consideration. On such application, request may be considered in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No 2/4

order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
