This Writ Petition has filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.10.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for a revised demand notice based on G.O.Ms.No.151, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Election) Department, dated 20.08.2009.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government, appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already issued a revised demand notice to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged this fact and submitted that it was received only today morning.

3. Recording the submissions on either side, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
