When the matter was taken up before the learned Master on 07.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also the duty has not been paid and therefore, referred the matter back to this Court. Thereafter, when the matter was listed before this Court on 16.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf the petitioner and hence, matter was directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal" on 21.06.2023.

pbn Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in diligently prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
