This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner exempting him to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.12,000/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.78294 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.M.Malar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that as the petitioner has already paid the balance Court fee of Rs.12,000/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.78294 of 2020, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, this C.M.P. may be dismissed.

3. Recording her submissions, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
