Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is present.

2.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay a cost of Rs.1,000/-[Rupees One Thousand Only] to the District Lega Services Authority, Chennai, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
