... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ or order or direction or any other appropriate writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to pass appropriate order to appoint the petitioner as Nutritious Food Organizer in respect of fourth respondent school. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar For Respondents1-3 : Mr.R.S.Selvam Government Advocate for R1 to R3

O R D E R The prayer sought for in this present Writ Petition is to direct the second and third respondents to pass appropriate order to appoint the petitioner as Nutritious Food Organizer in respect of fourth respondent school.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is a graduate and applied for the post of Nutritious food organizer on the fourth respondent school for the applications called for by the third respondent on 09.05.2017 and the results were not published by the respondents. Again the third respondent called for application for the same post for the fourth respondent school. The petitioner has also applied for the second time and attended the interview on 23.08.2018. The petitioner was informed by the third respondent that she is the eligible person for the said post among the candidates who participated in the interview. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the interview, the fourth respondent gave opinion to the second respondent to appoint the petitioner for the said post. However, the second respondent has not considered the petitioner for the said post. Hence, the petitioner personally met the second and third respondents several times and requested the respondents in this regard. Since no action is forthcoming from respondents the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to give representation to the respondents and direction to the respondents to consider the representation that is to be filed and to pass appropriate orders, therein.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court permits the petitioner to make representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation, if any, given by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
