This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Sub Registrar, Thiruporur SRO, No.29, South Mada Street, Thiruporur, Chengelpet as seventh respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the proposed seventh respondent, states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
