The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the renewal of the his passport without insisting of No Objection Certificate from the respondents 2 and 3, pursuant to his application dated 3.10.2013 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
