This petition is filed to condone the delay of 540 days in filing the above appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.32186 of 2020 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 24.07.2018 in C.C.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal Appeal is rejected at the S.R. stage itself.
