Seeking a direction to the respondents to issue survey report to the petitioner, based on his application No.2024/0178/02/000069 dated 30.04.2024, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when he applied for electricity connection for the plot No.3A, Korattur Village, Ambattur, purchased by him, the same was rejected on the ground that there is no such property and the police complaint lodged by him in this regard, was closed as civil dispute. 2/4

Though survey has been done on the request of the petitioner, the survey report has not been furnished to the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the survey report will be furnished to the petitioner, at the earliest.

5. In view of the above, the survey report is directed to be furnished to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Post this matter "for reporting compliance" on 22.07.2024. 03.07.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
