(ii)557/2021 from the Principal District Munsif, Namakkal, this court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 17.09.2019, allowed the above Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2009, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Principal District Munsif, Namakkal, by letter to the Registry dated 23.09.2021, informed that as per the order of this Court dated 17.09.2019, an Advocate Commissioner was appointed and he has filed his report and plan on 19.04.2021 in I.A.No.341 of 2014 in O.S.No.81 of 2009 and the said O.S.No.81 of 2009 was adjourned to 23.04.2021 and 29.04.2021 for filing additional written statement by the defendants 2 and 3. Due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed. Therefore, the learned Judge seeks extension of four months time to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2009. The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, has also sent a letter to the Registry dated 27.09.2021 for consideration.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Munisf, Namakkal, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.81 of 2009, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
