This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass final order in M.C.No.1/2015/A1 initiated under Sec.145 Cr.P.C., within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the first respondent has initiated proceedings in M.C.No.1/2015/A1 under Sec.145 Cr.P.C., and has even passed a preliminary order on 15.07.2016. The petitioner has been arrayed as "B" party and it is his grievance that the first respondent is not proceeding further with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments.
